POP3 Connector - Minimum interval 15 minutes.....

.....is there a way to reduce this??? I'd like it to POP

I'm assuming you are talking about the SBS Exchange POP3 Connector. I'm
pretty sure that the smallest interval you can specify is 15 minutes. There
may be 3rd party solutions that can do this more frequently.

Hi - this can't be changed. And you wouldn't want it to check every minute.
If you want "instantaneous" mail, ditch POP and host your own mail on the
server directly via SMTP.
