The connection was dropped by the remote host

Hi,

Please i need your help.
I canŽt send email to produbanco.com. I have Exchange 2003 server.
The error message es: "The connection was dropped by the remote host"
I did a test with the people from the remote site (produbanco.com
administrator) and we did a telnet test and was sucssessful!.
I create a Connector in Routing Groups for produbanco.com and nothing
happend, the problem is the same.

Can they whitelist your IP? If not, I would suggest DNS tools at
www.dnsstuff.com to troubleshoot the issue such as Reverse DNS Record, Spam
database lookup, and SPF Record. The post of the NDR would also be helpful.
